I do believe though that it’s unfair to paint everyone with the same brush as there are companies out there who offer professional, reliable and cost effective service.
What am I rambling on about you may ask? Allow me to briefly explain. A little while back my wife Natalie got stuck with our car. I was too far away to be able to help so I jumped on the net and found the closest service center to where she was. A quick google search and I found a place quite simply named, “The Garage.” I called and explained Natalie’s predicament. Within a few minutes they had quickly sent out a technician to where Natalie was. It turned out the battery on the car had a dead cell. They had a portable battery charger with them and got the car started in a jiffy. When the problem was sorted I called back to find out what the damage was and to my surprise they said that I should not worry about it and they were glad to help. How often does one get that kind of service? I have to admit it was a first for me. As a result of this gesture I am now a customer of The Garage and they will be my first port of call whenever my car needs fixing. With their excellent service and brilliant prices they have snagged themselves a life-long customer.
