Unopened Products:
Customers may return any unopened bottles within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Opened Products:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@boostsa.co.za . Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
